Composition and Installation of Dismantling Joint

The dismantling joint is composed of flange loose sleeve expansion joint, short pipe flange, dowel screw and other components, which can reduce the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate the pipeline installation error. The dismantling joint cannot absorb the axial displacement.

Dismantling joint is mainly used for loose connection of pump, valve and other accessories. Double-flange loose sleeve force transmission joint is composed of loose sleeve expansion joint, short pipe flange, force transmission screw and other components. It can transmit the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate the pipeline error, and cannot absorb the axial displacement. It is mainly used for loose connection of pump, valve, pipeline and other accessories.

Dismantling joint is composed of main parts such as body, sealing ring, gland, expansion short pipe, etc. This product is applicable to adjust the installation length of the two ends of the product and the flange when installing in the pipeline with both sides connected to the flange. Tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly to make it a whole with displacement for convenient adjustment according to the site size during installation and maintenance. During operation, the anti-axial thrust can be transmitted to the whole pipeline.
