What Should Be Paid Attention To During Butterfly Valve Installation?

1. Before installation, it is required to know whether the product performance and flow direction arrow have problems, and knead the valve cavity. Dirt is not allowed to attach to the sealing ring and valve clack, and the valve clack cannot be closed before cleaning to avoid damaging the sealing ring.

2. The butterfly valve is recommended to use a special flange, and the best position for installation on the pipe is vertical, but it cannot be installed upside down.

3. The flow shall be adjusted in the process of use, which is controlled by worm gear box. For butterfly valves with more opening and closing, open the worm gear box cover every 1-2 months to check whether the grease can be used normally.
